Under the Guidance and tremendous support of the honourable Minister of Capital Administration & Development Division: DWE team is working relentlessly to provide devoted and disciplined manpower in the country according to the current modern era requirements and wow’s best training institute in the country.
We look forward to impart knowledge & create awareness amongst the workers, Middle Management, Employers and Trade Union leaders of Public and Private Sectors Organizations/Establishments about their rights and obligations, privileges, responsibilities and enhance their capacity to enable them to play their role effectively and efficiently at the workplace union and society.
With intense efforts of Honourable Minister and Secretary Capital Administration & Development Division Government has allocated huge amount for the human resource Management (HRM) to be development with an aim to help the sustainable development of the country. There is a need for fostering an efficient knowledge exchange between policy makers and experts of the Government to work for expansion and progression.
DWE team has worked resolutely to create awareness amongst the workers regarding different Economic and Social issues including Occupational Safety & Health, Productivity, Family Planning, Drug Abuse, Promotion of Health, Environment, HIV/AIDS, Human Rights, Gender Sensitization, Child Labour and Women Development etc.
We thrive for the Facilitation of Trade Unions and Workers to enable them to amicably settle their issues for industrial growth and productivity. Imparting training to the Middle Management for better Human Resource Development through different training program is one of our core initiatives.
Following the modern demands of Industrial revolution around the world we are working to impart knowledge among the workers on important issues for their intelligent participation in social & economic development.
We are grateful for the immense support extended by the Government which is putting its efforts for improving the worker’s quality of life through training and innovation to bring excellence in their performance. This has motivated and encouraged the DWE team but it required the efforts of all stakeholders to join hands and move forward for the betterment of workers.
